1. Personal and Payment Data

• No account creation is required. We do not ask for names, passwords, or profile data.
• Apple processes payments. We receive purchase receipts and identifiers necessary to validate subscriptions, synchronize quota across your devices, and prevent fraud. These receipts are tied to your Apple ID but are not usable for contacting you.

2. Image Processing

• When you start object removal, your photo and mask are sent over an encrypted connection to our generative AI inpainting service.
• Images are kept only for the duration of processing and short-lived retries. They are automatically deleted after the result is returned.
• We do not use your photos or masks to train models or for marketing purposes.

3. Trial and Quota Tracking

• New users receive 5 free processing attempts tied to their device and Apple ID.
• Usage quota is synchronized across devices via Apple ID and stored securely using iOS Keychain.
• Only successful processing attempts count toward quota; network errors and rejected content do not count.
• After the first purchase, the trial bucket is permanently disabled to prevent abuse.

4. Content Moderation

• AI-powered moderation automatically checks submissions for prohibited content (explicit, violent, or illegal material).
• Rejected images do not count toward your usage quota.
• We do not store images flagged by moderation.

5. Logging and Diagnostics

• We collect minimal operational metadata (e.g., request timestamps, error codes, device model, and OS version) to provide support, enforce quotas, and maintain service reliability.
• These logs exclude image contents and are retained for a limited period consistent with legal and operational requirements. You may request deletion of logs linked to your Apple ID where applicable.

6. Third-Party Processing

Our AI processing and subscriptions rely on trusted cloud providers and Apple services. They receive only the data required to deliver the feature and must follow comparable privacy and security standards.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

The App does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or third-party tracking SDKs. We do not serve targeted ads.

8. Your Rights

Because we keep personal data to a minimum, there is typically no profile to access or export. You can request deletion of operational logs associated with your Apple ID and can contact us for any privacy questions.

We comply with GDPR (European Union), CCPA (California), and other applicable data protection laws.

9. Data Security

All transfers use HTTPS. Sensitive values are stored using secure device storage (e.g., Keychain). We monitor for abuse and block unsupported or modified devices to protect user data.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Updates will be published within the App and on our official website. Changes take effect upon publication.
