General

What does the app do?

The App is a specialized iOS application for removing unwanted objects, people, and small imperfections from photos using generative AI inpainting.

Instead of blurring or cutting areas, the Service reconstructs the background so the final image looks natural and consistent with the original photo.

Is this a full photo editor?

No. The App is not a general-purpose photo editor. It focuses on one task only: fast and realistic object removal, without layers, filters, or complex editing workflows.

Who is the app for?

  • Travelers removing strangers from sightseeing photos
  • Bloggers and marketers creating clean visuals
  • E-commerce sellers polishing product images
  • Casual and professional photographers removing distractions

How It Works

How does photo processing work?

  1. Select a photo from your library in the App
  2. Paint over the unwanted area using the brush
  3. The image and mask are securely sent to the Service
  4. The selected area is reconstructed using generative inpainting
  5. You review the result and save or share it

Does the app require an internet connection?

Yes. AI processing is performed by the Service on secure servers, so an active internet connection is required.

How long does processing take?

Most requests complete within seconds to about one minute, depending on image size, complexity, and server load.

Can I redo or improve a result?

Yes. You can refine the mask and reprocess the image as many times as you like, within your available AI processing request quota.

What types of photos work best?

Best results are achieved when:

  • The background is relatively consistent (sky, grass, walls, sand)
  • The unwanted object is fully covered by the mask
  • The image has good lighting and clarity

More challenging cases include:

  • Very complex or repeating backgrounds
  • Extremely large removed areas
  • Partially covered objects

Free Access and Subscriptions

Is there a free version?

Yes. New users receive one (1) complimentary AI request to evaluate the Service before choosing a subscription.

  • Available once per Apple ID
  • Does not renew
  • Intended as an introductory experience

What subscription plans are available?

The Service offers weekly auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase:

  • Light — 20 AI processing requests per week
  • Medium — 60 AI processing requests per week
  • Professional — 120 AI processing requests per week

Prices vary by region and are shown in the App Store before purchase.

Why does the app use a subscription model?

AI-powered image processing runs on high-performance servers and has real computational costs.

Subscriptions allow us to:

  • Maintain high-quality AI models
  • Provide fast and reliable processing
  • Continuously improve results and stability
  • Avoid ads or selling user data

Why are subscriptions weekly instead of monthly?

Weekly subscriptions offer more flexibility:

  • Lower upfront commitment
  • Easy to cancel or change plans
  • Clear and predictable usage limits

Many users only need the app occasionally, and weekly plans reflect that usage pattern.

How do AI processing request limits work?

  • Each successful AI processing request counts toward your weekly quota
  • Requests that fail due to moderation, network issues, or technical errors do not count
  • Quotas reset automatically after a successful weekly renewal
  • Unused requests do not roll over to the next period

What happens if I run out of requests?

You can either:

  • Wait until your weekly quota resets, or
  • Upgrade to a higher subscription plan through your Apple ID subscription settings

Billing and Purchases

Who handles payments?

All payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively by Apple In-App Purchase. Apple is the merchant of record and manages billing, renewals, and refunds.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple.

Go to: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID and use Restore Purchases. Your active subscription will be restored. Restoring purchases does not reset or increase your current usage quota.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. We do not have access to Apple's billing systems and cannot issue refunds directly.

Privacy and Safety

Are my photos stored on your servers?

No. Images are stored only temporarily by the Service for processing and are automatically deleted shortly after completion.

Are my photos used to train AI models?

No. User images are never used for training, analytics, or marketing.

Does the app track me or show ads?

No ads. No user tracking.

The app collects anonymous usage statistics (such as which features are used and how often) to improve the product and fix technical issues. This data is not linked to your identity and is never used for advertising.

The app does not use:

  • Advertising identifiers
  • Third-party advertising SDKs
  • Cross-app or cross-site tracking

Why was my image rejected?

Some images may be rejected by automated moderation if they appear to contain explicit, violent, illegal, or unsafe content. Rejected images are not processed, not stored, and do not count toward your quota.

Quality and Results

Why does the result sometimes look imperfect?

AI reconstruction depends on visual context. Results may vary if:

  • The removed area is very large
  • The background has repeating or complex patterns
  • Lighting or image quality is poor

Refining the mask usually improves the result.

Is this better than free eraser apps?

Many free apps rely on simple blur or cutout techniques. The App uses generative AI inpainting, which reconstructs missing areas instead of hiding them. This typically produces more natural and realistic results, especially for people, objects, and large removals.

Can I use the edited images commercially?

Yes. You may use processed images for personal or commercial purposes, provided you own the original image and comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Compatibility and Support

What devices are supported?

The App supports iOS devices running iOS 15 or later.

What languages are supported?

English, German, Russian, French, Spanish, Japanese, and Italian.

Additional languages may be added in future updates.
